Required for all first-time clients. Includes a professional skin 30 min consultation and a customized foundational facial to assess your skin, concerns, and treatment tolerance. Includes: skin analysis, cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, customized mask, add on (as appropriate), barrier hydration, and SPF and home care selection. ⚠️ No advanced peels, microneedling, or aggressive exfoliation performed during this visit. Corrective treatments will be recommended and scheduled for a future appointment.

This option is not a substitute for an in-person consultation or facial. Designed for clients who cannot visit the spa yet and need guidance before booking or traveling. Assessment is based on photos and discussion only and cannot replace hands-on evaluation. Most clients who book this option will still need to schedule the New Client Consultation + Facial before receiving any in-spa treatments

A foundational corrective facial focused on cleansing, hydration, and skin barrier support. This treatment includes a deep cleanse, customized mask, high frequency therapy to help eliminate bacteria and refine pores, barrier hydration, and SPF application. Best for: normal, oily, combination, dry skin, and very mild acne only (occasional breakouts, minimal congestion). No mechanical or chemical exfoliation included ⚠️If you are experiencing moderate to severe acne, frequent breakouts, inflamed lesions, or active cystic acne, you must book the Level 3 – Corrective Acne & Pigment Facial. This service does not include in depth extractions, peels, or advanced acne treatments.

An advanced facial focused on brightening, refining texture, and evening skin tone. This treatment enhances radiance using layered exfoliation, advanced brightening solutions, and customized enhancements to smooth skin and improve clarity. Mild flaking may occur. Includes cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, brightening treatment, microdermabrasion or dermaplaning (based on skin condition), customized mask, and one advanced modality selected by your esthetician. Best for: dull skin, uneven tone, rough texture, mild pigmentation. ⚠️ Not recommended for inflamed acne or highly sensitive skin.
